This suite of offerings provides the flexibility you need to stay within budget, while providing your employees or government & military personnel the temporary housing they need, and a comfortable experience for the time they will be at their property.

One key differentiator is the behind-the-scenes execution; we call every property and speak directly with property management to negotiate the price, understand terms and conditions, verify amenities and to uncover any possible hidden costs; in other words, we don’t just hit a “Book Reservation” button.

We handle the funding up front, including furnishings, utility activations and deposits, while providing our clients with direct bill privileges. On the back end, we have state-of-the-art technology to capture the activity of each employee and property. This can be coded with business unit, job costing or employee coding as needed.

For international assignees, we manage a portion of, or all the assignment, including making monthly rent payments on a 2- or 3-year lease. Our team will collaborate with you to determine the best course for each situation.
