1989

Founded in 1989 by our President and CEO, Linda Bilderback, our company was established to service the rental community with a personal, service-centric approach that was unique in the industry. Our company was born as an apartment locator.

1992

Opened our office in Raleigh, North Carolina

1993

Started its Corporate Housing Division in Atlanta, Georgia.

1994

Opened an office in Morristown, New Jersey

1996

Chosen as the preferred housing provider for the Atlanta Committee for Olympic Games.

1997

Apartment Home Locator and Home Locator Services were incorporated under the umbrella of Rental Relocation. A home services division was created to provide superior housewares and housekeeping services to the residential marketplace.

1998

Our Commercial Purchasing division was born.

2000

Residential Purchasing division was born.

2001

Our company expanded into the Residential Property Management arena.

2003

Rental Relocation emerged as a provider of U.S. Government Lodging across the nation.

2004

Relocation Realty, Inc. was launched as a full service residential real estate broker in the Atlanta metro area.

2006

Since inception, RRI has grown into a full service real estate company, offering national corporate housing, real estate and relocation services, US Government Lodging services nationally, property management, apartment locator services, destination services and consulting services.

2008

RRI was one of the leading corporate housing providers awarded the CONUS (Continental United States) contract, which supplies corporate housing for the United States Army personnel.

2009

The current economic turbulance in the residential real estate market has sparked a demand for complete property management services as homeowners are looking for alternative solutions. Relocation Realty is quickly becoming one of the largest residential property management firms in the Atlanta, Georgia.

Both Relocation Realty and Rental Relocation operate under the RRI umbrella.
