We began in 1989 when founder Linda Bilderback ventured out on her own with an idea to deliver superior services within the real estate industry. Today, Linda’s original vision has blossomed into a family of companies spanning several close-knit industries: Residential and Commercial Real Estate; Domestic Relocation; International Mobility; Corporate Housing; Property; and Business Travel.

The one common thread across these companies is the core value of superior delivery of services.

The appreciation of a challenge and strong motivation has allowed James Bilderback to assume the position of President at Rental Relocation, Inc., as well as its sister-company, InterLink Relocation Resources. He assumed an ownership share of the business in the 1990s, and upon doing so, changed the organizational emphasis to a more diverse level.

James has built and maintained key relationships with partner corporations over the course of his 29 years with the company; those relationships have allowed Rental Relocation to expand into one of the most respected, dynamic organizations in the relocation industry. His expertise and client-focused leadership enhanced and maximized yearly revenues to a peaking volume for the company. James’ continuous implementation of new services and strategies has created steady growth in Business Development, and he has established relationships with long-term investors. James continually and strategically researches and analyzes the rental market to provide the most competitive services, and he is an active member in several industry-specific organizations and councils.

James has served as President of Rental Relocation since the late 1990s. He and his wife live in Roswell, Georgia, and have three beautiful daughters. In their free time, the Bilderbacks enjoy traveling, boating, running and riding mountain bikes.
