Job Responsibilities and Duties
Client Customer Service
- Regular email contact with guests via Tasks
- Processes service request with guests & suppliers using work order system
- Arrival & Departure Coordination with clients/guests
- Tracking of Notice to Vacate (NTV) with guests & suppliers
- Tracking of guest experience surveys and Google Reviews
- Tracking of hotel folios & private rental web-based booking summaries
Unit Set Ups
- Manage vendors for inspections, to set up furniture, housewares, utilities and more
- Enter direct costs for utilities, furniture & other services
Unit Breakdowns
- Manage vendors for inspections, to remove furniture, housewares, utilities and more
- Negotiates damages billing/services/costs with suppliers
- Manage unit move out process & verify for accuracy
Accounting
- Assist with gathering receipts for the credit card statements and complete any necessary follow-up
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in hospitality, customer service, housing services, property management, or a related field preferred.
- Exposure to a B2B service environment or corporate clients is a plus but not required.
- Interest in corporate housing, relocation services, hospitality, or housing operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating web-based systems; willingness to learn new platforms.
Education
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
