Job Responsibilities and Duties
Housing Request Support & Research
- Support incoming housing requests by documenting client requirements, including location, dates, length of stay, budget parameters, number of occupants, and special considerations (e.g., pets).
- Conduct initial housing research across approved channels, including hotels, extended-stay properties, corporate apartments, and private rental platforms.
- Collect availability details, general rate ranges, and property information to support senior team members in evaluating housing options.
- Maintain organized housing research notes and documentation for internal review.
Housing Coordination & Supplier Interaction
- Assist with basic communication and coordination with housing suppliers, hotels, landlords, and property managers under the direction of senior staff.
- Support reservation coordination tasks such as availability confirmations, documentation requests, and follow-up communication.
- Escalate questions, exceptions, or tenancy-related matters to senior team members as appropriate.
Systems, Tracking & Administrative Support
- Accurately enter and update housing requests, research activity, and reservation status within designated reservation and housing systems.
- Maintain organized records to support visibility, follow-through, and team collaboration.
- Assist with internal tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure timely progression of housing requests.
Learning & Professional Development
- Learn corporate housing workflows, sourcing standards, and service expectations through structured training and mentoring.
- Build familiarity with housing markets, supplier categories, tenancy concepts, and reservation platforms.
- Gradually assume greater responsibility as housing knowledge, judgment, and confidence develop.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in hospitality, customer service, housing services, property management, or a related field preferred.
- Exposure to a B2B service environment or corporate clients is a plus but not required.
- Interest in corporate housing, relocation services, hospitality, or housing operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating web-based systems; willingness to learn new platforms.
Education
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
