Job Responsibilities and Duties
Housing Sourcing & Client Fulfillment
- Manage incoming housing requests from corporate clients, ensuring a clear understanding of housing requirements, constraints, and priorities.
- Research and source appropriate furnished housing options on a national scale, aligning availability with client criteria, budget guidelines, and timing considerations.
- Apply market knowledge and sourcing expertise to evaluate housing suitability across hotels, extended-stay properties, corporate apartments, private rentals, and short-term rental platforms.
- Exercise sound judgment when balancing availability, flexibility, cost considerations, and client expectations.
Housing Research & Recommendations
- Consolidate housing research into clear, organized recommendations that present the best available options for client consideration once pricing is finalized.
- Prepare housing option summaries in a format suitable for client delivery, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with program standards.
- Partner with management to support pricing review, approvals, and final housing selections.
Supplier, Landlord & Tenancy Coordination
- Interface professionally with landlords, property managers, hospitality providers, and third-party platforms to support reservation and tenancy coordination.
- Support tenancy-related matters through effective communication and issue awareness, ensuring a positive experience for clients and occupants.
- Maintain productive working relationships with housing suppliers and service partners.
Systems, Tracking & Data Integrity
- Accurately track housing requests, sourcing activity, and reservation status within designated reservation and housing systems.
- Maintain organized documentation and activity records to ensure visibility, follow-through, and service continuity.
- Support reporting and internal coordination through timely updates and system accuracy.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in corporate housing, temporary housing, hospitality, property management, or a related housing services environment.
- Experience supporting corporate or institutional clients within a B2B service delivery model.
- Familiarity with online booking platforms and housing marketplaces, including hotels, extended-stay providers, corporate apartments, and private rentals (e.g., Airbnb or similar services).
- Working knowledge of tenancy concepts, including professional interaction with landlords and property managers; experience reviewing leases or legal housing documents preferred.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize housing data into clear, client-ready recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating multiple web-based systems simultaneously.
Education
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
