Job Responsibilities and Duties
Tenancy & Housing Coordination
- Coordinate unit set-ups and move-in inspection activities, working with supplier partners to verify unit readiness, condition, and completeness prior to tenant arrival.
- Coordinate unit breakdowns and move-out activities, ensuring inspections and required documentation support accurate tenancy closure.
- Manage tenancy-related inquiries such as extensions, vacates, and service needs throughout the stay.
Tenant & Supplier Engagement
- Serve as a point of coordination for tenancy-related service requests, working directly with landlords and supplier partners to expedite resolution.
- Support tenant experience initiatives, including post-arrival and pre-departure outreach and satisfaction tracking.
- Coordinate with supplier partners regarding certificates of insurance (COI), new unit onboarding, and compliance documentation.
Financial & System Integrity
- Create and maintain tenant ledgers and direct cost entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support preparation, review, and maintenance of supplier documents, leases, and tenancy-related records.
- Assist with system setup for new clients, vendors, and housing units to ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Review reservations and tenancy records for compliance with RRI standards prior to activation.
Reporting & Quality Assurance
- Support reporting, analysis, and data maintenance activities as assigned by leadership.
- Maintain tenancy management inboxes and route inquiries appropriately to ensure timely response and follow-through.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, or opportunities related to tenancy management and service delivery.
Accounting
- Assist with paying rent and complete any necessary follow-up with the property on discrepancies
- Record costs associated with the units, when necessary, such as water/sewer/trash, payment fees, etc.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in corporate housing, property management, hospitality, tenancy administration, or a related service environment preferred.
- Experience supporting tenants, suppliers, or clients within a service-driven or B2B environment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with leases, contractual documents, and tenancy-related processes is preferred.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities, with sound judgment and discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook required; Excel preferred) and comfort working across multiple systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
Education
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
