Job Summary: The Tenancy Specialist supports the active tenancy phase of the housing lifecycle by coordinating housing readiness, tenancy administration, supplier documentation, and financial data accuracy. This role serves as a key point of coordination between tenants, landlords, supplier partners, and internal teams to ensure housing quality, system integrity, and a positive tenant experience from move-in through move-out. The position requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tenancy-related priorities while maintaining compliance with RRI standards and service expectations.

Reservation Support Specialist

Reporting: Operations Manager

Job Summary: The Reservation Support Specialist supports RRI’s corporate housing operations by assisting with the intake, research, and coordination of temporary housing requests for business clients. This entry-level role is focused on learning corporate housing fundamentals, reservation workflows, and supplier coordination while working closely with senior team members. This Specialist gathers housing criteria, conducts preliminary housing research, maintains accurate system tracking, and supports day-to-day coordination activities. This role does not prepare final client-ready housing recommendations or pricing but provides the foundational research and administrative support required for senior team members to deliver high-quality solutions. This position is designed for individuals beginning their career in corporate housing, hospitality, or housing services, with a clear development path into more advanced sourcing, coordination, and client-facing responsibilities.

Job Summary: Assisting the Director of Accounting and Human Resources with accounting functions such as credit card support and reconciliation, paying and reconciling monthly rent and scanning and attaching support to the internal system called Oscar.

Senior Reservation Specialist

Reporting: Operations Manager

Job Summary: The Senior Reservation Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality corporate housing solutions by managing incoming housing requests from business clients and translating those requirements into well-researched, market-appropriate housing recommendations. This role is responsible for understanding client housing criteria and sourcing suitable temporary housing options on a national basis, leveraging a wide range of supplier relationships, online booking platforms, and industry resources. The Senior Reservation Specialist applies housing market knowledge, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills to research availability across hotels, extended-stay properties, corporate apartments, private rentals, and short-term rental platforms. This role distills complex housing variables—such as location, budget, timing, length of stay, flexibility, number of occupants, and pet considerations—into clear, client-ready housing options that can be finalized once pricing and approvals are completed by management. This position operates in a B2B service environment, working closely with internal teams, landlords, property managers, and hospitality partners to support smooth tenancy and reservation coordination while maintaining accurate tracking and visibility within reservation and housing systems.
