The Senior Reservation Specialist applies housing market knowledge, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills to research availability across hotels, extended-stay properties, corporate apartments, private rentals, and short-term rental platforms. This role distills complex housing variables—such as location, budget, timing, length of stay, flexibility, number of occupants, and pet considerations—into clear, client-ready housing options that can be finalized once pricing and approvals are completed by management. This position operates in a B2B service environment, working closely with internal teams, landlords, property managers, and hospitality partners to support smooth tenancy and reservation coordination while maintaining accurate tracking and visibility within reservation and housing systems.
